Floor Thai Massage
Often referred to as “Lazy Man’s Yoga”, Thai Massage is a traditional form of massage incorporating deep tissue, acupressure, and stretching techniques. It is typically done fully clothed (ideally comfy workout clothes) with little to no oil or lotion. Floor mats are great for being grounded and give more options in stretches with greater ease.
Sessions can range from 30 min. to 3 hours.
